Building alone is expensive.

Oh, She’s Lit is an intentional community for women who want structure, accountability, and space to follow through. This isn't coaching. This is co-working. You don't need someone to tell you what to do—you need women working beside you while you do it.

LET'S BFR,

This is for you if you are tired of being inspired and ready to be consistent. If you have been carrying a lot and are still choosing growth. If you need women who work beside you, not just cheer for you.

You do not need more advice. You need rhythm. You need accountability. You need to be seen when nobody else is watching.

WHAT WE DO

We create consistent, intentional space for women to work, reflect, and stay accountable.

01

The Weekly Rhythm

At the core of OSL is consistency.
Members are invited to recurring work sessions that create structure in their week. These sessions are not about doing more. They’re about doing what matters with intention and focus.
You show up, you work, and you leave clearer than you came.

02

Guided Coworking & Focus Sessions

OSL hosts guided co-working sessions designed for deep work.

Each session includes light facilitation, dedicated focus time, and space to work quietly alongside others.

There is no forced sharing and no performance pressure. The value comes from presence, structure, and shared intention.

03

Book Club: Pages & Purpose

Pages & Purpose is the OSL book club experience. It centers guided conversation and reflection around books that support growth, leadership, faith, and intentional living.

Discussions are thoughtful and moderated. The focus is reflection.

04

Events & Experiences

In addition to recurring sessions, OSL hosts special events and partner-led experiences throughout the year. These may include workshops, themed gatherings, or collaborative events with aligned brands and venues.

Some events are member-only. Others are open to the broader community.

05

Pairs

Optional accountability without pressure
Pairs are quarterly, opt-in accountability partnerships.

  • You’re paired with one woman for:

  • Weekly check-ins

  • Shared intention for the season

  • Mutual encouragement and follow-through

No micromanaging.
No over-sharing.
Just steady support while you do the work.

ABOUT

About our Collective

Oh, She’s Lit exists for women who are carrying a lot and choosing to build anyway.

This community centers faith, focus, and thoughtful growth. It’s for women who value showing up prepared, honoring their time, and being in rooms that feel grounded and respectful.

OSL is intentionally curated. Membership is limited to protect the culture and experience.

YES, YOU CAN!

A NOTE FROM TIERA:

I built Oh, She's Lit because what kept me sane through loss, grief, postpartum, and rebuilding was not motivation. It was working. Co-working with other women. Watching them move. Being inspired by their discipline. Leaving better than I came.
When I got promoted, when clients raved about my work, when I could see my goals moving forward—that built confidence. Not affirmations. Proof.
This is the space I needed when I was building alone. Where ambitious women work toward their goals with discipline, support, and celebration.
You have always been that girl. This is just where you come to stay that way.
